Stay Tune Sports Medicine are a local business, conveniently located on Docker Street in Elwood Village and also have a practice in Boronia for those who live a little further away.

To help keep us all fit and healthy the team at Stay Tune Sports Medicine will be running series of online workshops. The first will be held on Thursday 14th March at 7:30pm and focuses on “Dynamic Warm Ups & Injury Prevention”. There is a $30 Stay Tuned voucher for anyone who attends.

Amy takes great pride in coaching her patients through rehabilitation programs, ensuring they receive the necessary information and support to achieve their health and wellness goals.
Her critical skills and interests lie in gymnastics and sporting injuries, where she utilises techniques such as dry needling and cupping to aid recovery. Amy is fascinated by the body’s adaptability to injuries. She finds great joy in being part of her patient’s journey towards recovery.

Emily’s experience as a sports trainer was the foundation for her strong commitment to holistic well-being. Along with a dual degree in Osteopathy from RMIT, Emily holds certificates in dry needling, cupping, and pilates, demonstrating her eagerness for ongoing learning and development. Her future plans include research in the areas of pregnancy and pelvic health.

This firsthand knowledge allows him to connect with his patients on a deeper level, providing them with both physical and emotional support throughout their recovery journey.
